Conditions for paralegals
Graduates majoring in law from institutions of higher learning (departments) and graduates from secondary law schools have a probation period of one year and passed the examination.
Four-level lawyer qualification (one of them)
1, obtained a master's degree in law, qualified as a lawyer and passed the examination.
2. Obtain a second bachelor's degree or postgraduate certificate, obtain the qualification of lawyer, and pass the examination;
3. After a one-year probation period, university law graduates have obtained the qualification of lawyers and passed the examination;
4. University law graduates have served as paralegals for more than two years, obtained lawyer qualification and passed the examination.
Third-level lawyer qualification (one of them)
1, obtained the doctor of law degree, qualified as a lawyer and passed the examination;
2. Obtained a master's degree in law, served as a four-level lawyer for more than two years, and passed the foreign language examination for professional titles;
3. Obtained the second bachelor's degree or graduate diploma, worked as a lawyer for more than four years, served as a four-level lawyer for more than two years, and passed the foreign language examination for professional titles:
4, bachelor degree, as a four-level lawyer for more than four years, and passed the foreign language examination for professional titles;
5. Graduated from law college, with ten years' working experience, served as a four-level lawyer for more than four years, and passed the foreign language examination for professional titles;
6. Graduated from a technical secondary school of law, with fifteen years' working experience, served as a four-level lawyer for more than four years, and passed the foreign language examination for professional titles.
