2. If confirmed, you can attend the proceedings directly without applying for an adjournment.
3. If the entrusted lawyer does not keep the appointment, he may file a separate lawsuit according to the contract signed by the law firm, and hold the contract signer and lawyer liable for breach of contract.
Under normal circumstances, lawyers will not come forward. You can contact the person in charge of the law firm for remedy.
