2. Those who are hospitalized in another place must go through the transfer procedures before hospitalization or within 3 days after hospitalization. They must bring the transfer certificate from the hospital they are transferred from or the hospitalization certificate from a hospital outside the county, cooperative medical certificate, mother's ID card, and birth certificate to the New Rural Cooperative Medical System. After discharge, you must hold a copy of the medical record, summary sheet, hospitalization receipt, discharge certificate, and transfer certificate (work or residence certificate).

Designated hospital reimbursement ratio

1. The compensation ratio for medical expenses incurred due to hospitalization in a designated hospital is 500-5,000 yuan, and the compensation is 65%;
