2. Supervisory organs are organs of the people's government that exercise supervisory functions, and supervise the state administrative organs, their civil servants and other personnel appointed by the state administrative organs in accordance with this Law.
3. The main duty of the Anti-Corruption Bureau is to directly accept cases of corruption and bribery of state functionaries.
Second, the foundation is different.
1. The work of the Commission for Discipline Inspection is based on Party regulations such as party constitution of China * * * Production Party and Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of China * * * Production Party.
2. The law on which the supervisory organs are based is the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC).
3. The Anti-Corruption Bureau operates in accordance with the Criminal Procedure Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other laws.
Third, the object is different.
1. The disciplinary committee deals with party organizations and party member who should be investigated for violating party discipline.
2. The supervisory organs of local people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the supervisory work within their respective administrative areas, and shall be responsible for and report their work to the people's governments at the corresponding levels and the supervisory organs at the next higher level, and the supervisory business shall be dominated by the supervisory organs at the next higher level.
3. The object of accepting cases by the Anti-Corruption Bureau is the national staff who violate the provisions of Chapter VIII of the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the crime of corruption and bribery.
Third, the punishment is different.
1. Disciplinary actions taken by the Commission for Discipline Inspection against party member include warning, serious warning, revocation of party posts, probation in the Party, and expulsion from the Party. Disciplinary actions against party organizations that seriously violate party discipline include reorganization and dissolution.
2. The Supervision Bureau is an integral part of the local government agencies in China, and it is the organ of the people's government exercising the supervisory function, corresponding to the Ministry of Supervision of the central government and the Ministry of Supervision of the provinces and autonomous regions.
3. The Anti-Corruption Bureau puts on record the state functionaries who violate the criminal law, transfers them to the examination department for prosecution, and goes through criminal judicial procedures.
