Criminal trial transcripts are generally checked after each trial.
According to the law, when the people's court tries a criminal case, the court clerk is responsible for recording the trial process, and the defendant, other participants in the proceedings, defenders and judges should sign the trial record for confirmation.
Judging from the judicial practice, under normal circumstances, cases with short court sessions will be checked and signed by all parties after the trial. For criminal cases that need to be tried for many days, after the trial ends every day, all parties check the transcripts and sign them.
The court trial record is an important evidence to prove and judge whether the procedure of the people's court hearing criminal cases is legal, and it should be bound in the court trial volume. If the defendant appeals or the procuratorial organ protests, it shall be transferred to a higher court for examination according to law.
