Brief introduction of Lanzhou Jingyanglou Catering Co., Ltd.

"The old friend resigned from the West Yellow Crane Tower, fireworks went down to Yangzhou in March, and on the moonlit night of the Twenty-four Bridge, where did the Jade Man enjoy the tower?" Jingyang Building was built in the 28th year of Guangxu in Qing Dynasty (autumn of AD 1902). Wang Yu, the imperial chef of the Qing Dynasty, was born in Yangzhou, deeply influenced by the prosperous Jiangnan culture, and admired poetry, folk art and classical gardens. In view of Mr. Wang Lao's concept of "writing carries the Tao and writing carries the Tao", "Jingyang Building" came into being, that is, Jingyang Building was founded in Duzi Street (now Ganquan Road) west of Yuanmen Bridge in Yangzhou at that time.

In the sixth year of the Republic of China (A.D. 19 17), the second generation of Jingyang Building was Wang Changshan, later renamed Wang Shaoshan. He graduated from Cui Wen Middle School, which was famous in Beijing at that time, and returned to his hometown to run his family business, becoming the second generation descendant of Jingyang Building.

1958, in response to the call of the party and the state to "support the construction in the northwest", Wang Shaoshan resolutely led Xiao Bukui, Yang Guilin and many other disciples to move the headquarters of Jingyang Building in Yangzhou to Lanzhou in the northwest. The Lanzhou Municipal Government attaches great importance to the relocation of the famous Jingyang Building to Lanzhou, and specially approved Huang Jiayuan, the most prosperous central square in Lanzhou, as the store location. Since then, Jingyanglou, a century-old shop, has been closely linked with the development of Lanzhou for nearly half a century.

In the 1970s, Lanzhou Commercial Bureau approved the renovation of Jingyang Building, and specially invited Ren Zhenying, a famous urban architect in China, to carry out planning and design, and carried out large-scale and all-round construction and decoration of Jingyang Building, forming an antique hotel with Jiangnan architectural style. Qu, the third generation successor, continued to carry forward the "Jingyang Building" with the aim of "scenery and culture". On the basis of inheriting the tradition, he worked hard, studied boldly, sought novelty and difference, and achieved fruitful results.
