1. Certification issued by a local law firm that the applicant has completed the business (or completed the handover), finance, files and other handover procedures.
2. Proof that the employment contract between the applicant and the law firm has expired or the employment relationship has been terminated. If the applicant is a partner of a law firm, he must first go through the withdrawal procedures.
3. Certification issued by the lawyer management department that the applicant has no major administrative penalties or complaints.
