3. Charge in proportion

4. Charges for major and complicated cases
For major, difficult and complicated cases or non-litigation projects, the fees can be increased through consultation with the parties concerned, and should generally be determined within 3 times of the guiding standards for fees. (2) disputes over intellectual property rights, non-patented technology, unfair competition, goodwill rights and reputation rights;

Lawyer's fees in criminal cases
I acting as an agent in general criminal cases
