The employer's industrial and commercial registration information is printed and submitted from the Beijing enterprise credit information online.
5. Confirmation of delivery address (fill in a copy on the spot).
6. Entrusted agency documents.
If a lawyer is entrusted to act as an agent for labor arbitration, in addition to the above documents, a copy of the power of attorney, power of attorney and lawyer's practice certificate of the law firm shall also be submitted.
