Anti-Corruption and Bribery Bureau: directly accepts and investigates crimes of corruption and bribery committed by state functionaries as stipulated in Chapter VIII of the Specific Provisions of the Criminal Law, as well as other criminal cases in which conviction and punishment are clearly stipulated in Chapter VIII.
Anti-Dereliction and Infringement Bureau: directly accepts and investigates crimes of dereliction of duty committed by state functionaries and crimes of infringement of citizens' personal rights and democratic rights committed by state functionaries as stipulated in Chapter IX of the Specific Provisions of the Criminal Law.
Procuratorial supervision section: supervising the execution and supervision of criminal judgments and rulings; Directly file a case to investigate cases of ill-treatment of detainees, cases of unauthorized release of detainees, cases of dereliction of duty causing detainees to escape, cases of commutation, parole, temporary execution outside prison and cases of corruption and bribery; Responsible for examining and approving arrests, examining and prosecuting criminal cases and criminal cases of reeducation-through-labor personnel, and appearing in court for public prosecution.
Civil administrative procuratorial office: it accepts appeals against legally effective civil and administrative judgments and rulings of the people's courts, and protests against those that are really wrong or violate legal procedures, which may affect the correct judgments and rulings of cases.
Complaint and prosecution office: accepting citizens' complaints, reports, complaints, voluntary surrender and criminal compensation requests; Manage the cases transferred by law enforcement organs, and conduct necessary examination and transfer according to law.
