On February 7, 2018, Meng Wanzhou was arrested in Vancouver, Canada, and the United States requested Canada’s extradition she. The Canadian court is scheduled to hold a bail hearing on this matter on February 7, 2018. On December 11, 2018, a Canadian court ruled to approve the bail application of Huawei Chief Financial Officer Meng Wanzhou.
