Article 28
If a lawyer commits any of the following acts, the judicial administrative department shall give him a warning and order him to make corrections ;
If the circumstances are serious, a penalty of suspension of practice for not less than one month but not more than three months will be imposed:
(1) Refusal to accept or terminate legal aid cases without justifiable reasons;

(2) Accepting property in the name of handling legal aid cases.
Whoever violates the provisions of item (2) of the preceding paragraph shall be ordered by the judicial administrative department to return the illegally obtained property, and may also be fined not less than one time but not more than three times the value of the property received.
