Juvenile trial system is the core of juvenile justice system. Whether the juvenile justice system is complete or not, in a sense, is one of the signs to measure the development of a country's legal civilization. The Criminal Law, the Law on the Protection of Minors, the Law on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency and other laws formulated in China have provided substantial legal guarantees for the healthy growth of teenagers and the prevention of juvenile delinquency. The Criminal Procedure Law also contains some principles on the trial of juvenile criminal cases, and the Supreme People's Court has also issued some regulations on the trial of juvenile criminal cases. However, there are still many problems in China's juvenile trial system, such as the trial management is not conducive to the development of juvenile trial, the team engaged in juvenile trial is unstable, the public, procuratorial and legal organs are uncoordinated, the scope of juvenile trial is too narrow, and the litigation operation of juvenile trial is unscientific. These disadvantages show that the current juvenile justice system in China lacks systematicness and integrity, and there is a big gap compared with the juvenile justice system in developed countries. So, how to build?
