Chen Youxi, chairman and director of Jingheng Law Group, is a first-class lawyer and a part-time law professor. Vice President of Hangzhou Lawyers Association, Master of Laws Tutor of Law School of Central University of Finance and Economics, Master of Laws Tutor of Law School of Zhejiang Gongshang University, Adjunct Professor of Police College. Graduated from the Chinese Department of Zhejiang University in Grade 77, and graduated from the Senior Judge (Postgraduate) class of Peking University Law Department. He is currently the deputy director of all china lawyers association Constitutional Human Rights Committee, a member of all china lawyers association Intellectual Property Committee, a member of all china lawyers association Publicity Liaison Committee and a member of Zhejiang Public Security Bureau Legal Expert Committee.
China law society is an individual member and director of the Legal Documentation Committee. Worked in Zhejiang Provincial Public Security Department, Political and Legal Committee of Provincial Party Committee and Zhejiang Provincial High Court. As a lawyer, he successfully managed the first Jingheng lawyer group in Zhejiang Province, and handled a large number of influential cases, involving criminal defense, corporate legal risk prevention and corporate mergers and acquisitions, construction real estate, international trade, intellectual property rights, Hong Kong listing, major administrative litigation, group litigation and so on. He was rated as a model of intermediary service industry in Hangzhou, and won the Outstanding Contribution Award of Zhejiang Lawyers in 2007. He is a scholar-type lawyer, paying equal attention to both academics and practice.
