Persons who meet the following conditions can register for the national judicial examination: having China nationality; Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC) and enjoy the right to vote and stand for election; Having full capacity for civil conduct; A bachelor's degree in law in an institution of higher learning with legal professional knowledge or a bachelor's degree in illegal study in an institution of higher learning; Good conduct.
Does not meet the registration conditions
Persons under any of the following circumstances cannot register for the national judicial examination, and if they have gone through the registration procedures, the registration is invalid: those who have been criminally punished for intentional crimes; Being expelled from public office by a state organ or having his lawyer's practice certificate or notary's practice certificate revoked; Persons who have been punished above shall not sign up for the national judicial examination within two years; Persons who have not been punished within the time limit or who have been punished for life shall not sign up for the national judicial examination.

20 14 Undergraduate graduates of ordinary colleges and universities can register for the national judicial examination, that is, they can take the judicial examination in their junior year.
Registration of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan students
Applicants for graduation certificates (degrees) from Hongkong, Macau, Taiwan Province Province or foreign institutions of higher learning must be certified by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education. Those who meet the requirements for applying for academic qualifications (degrees) may apply for the national judicial examination.
National judicial examination
The national judicial examination is a qualification examination organized by the state to engage in a specific legal profession. Newly appointed judges, prosecutors and lawyers must pass the national judicial examination. The predecessor of the national judicial examination is the lawyer qualification examination. Since 2002, two internal professional qualification examinations have been added, namely, the prosecutor's examination and the judge's examination, which are collectively called the national unified judicial examination.
