First, can the criminal record be found?
1, criminal records can be found, but not everyone can. State organs can inquire according to the needs of handling cases; The defense lawyer can inquire about the criminal record of the criminal suspect in this case;
2. Ordinary citizens are not allowed to inquire about other people's criminal records at will, but they can apply to the criminal record management organ for inquiry when necessary. If the criminal record is sealed, it is generally confidential only if the judicial organ needs to handle the case or the relevant unit can inquire according to state regulations.
Two, a person with a criminal record shall not engage in the following occupations:
1. Civil service system: including party and government organs, people's congress organs, CPPCC organs, democratic party organizations, social organizations, reference civil service series management units and joining the army.
2. Judicial system: including judges, prosecutors, people's jurors, clerks of people's courts, people's supervisors, police, lawyers, grassroots legal service personnel, notaries and forensic experts.
3. Institutions: teachers, doctors, accountants, certified public accountants and journalists.
4. Company executives: directors, managers and other senior managers of the company and bankruptcy administrators of the enterprise.
5. Insurance and securities professions: futures practitioners, risk managers of securities companies, actuaries, insurance salesmen, securities practitioners, auctioneers, and securities and futures investment consulting practitioners.
3. Criminal records in cases that have been sentenced or convicted but exempted from criminal punishment.
1, the record of past illegal or criminal acts of the perpetrator, once generated, will be preserved for life and cannot be eliminated;
2. If the criminal record is sealed, it shall not be provided to any unit or individual, except for the need of the judicial organ to handle the case or the relevant units to make inquiries according to the provisions of the state.

Archives and organs, public organizations, enterprises, institutions and other organizations entrust archives sorting, storage, development and utilization, digitization and other services, and shall sign an entrustment agreement with qualified archives service enterprises to stipulate the service scope, quality and technical standards, and supervise the entrusted party. The trustee shall establish a file service management system, abide by the relevant confidentiality provisions, and ensure the safety of files.
