The applicant has his own residence that has obtained the property ownership certificate or real estate certificate of this Municipality; Or sign a formal housing lease contract, legally rent the residence that meets the relevant provisions such as registration and filing, and pay taxes according to law; Or live in a dormitory provided by the employer with legal property rights. Applicants must have lived continuously for 1 year or more. Every full 1 year/minute of continuous residence in the own property right residence, and every full 1 year of continuous residence in the legally rented residence and unit dormitory is 0.5 point. If the number of years of continuous residence exceeds the number of years of social insurance payment, the number of years of continuous social insurance payment shall be regarded as the number of years of continuous residence.

Applicants who have obtained national education series and academic qualifications (degrees) recognized by the Ministry of Education can get corresponding points. The points of continuous payment of social insurance years and continuous residence years during the period of obtaining academic qualifications (degrees) are not accumulated with academic qualifications (degrees).

(five) innovation and entrepreneurship indicators and scores
Applicants who have won national, municipal or world-class awards in the fields of science and technology, culture, innovation and entrepreneurship competitions can get corresponding points. Among them, the highest score of world-class awards recognized by the state or relevant state departments is 12, and the highest score of municipal awards in this city is 6.
Applicants who work in national high-tech enterprises or small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises and have a shareholding ratio of not less than 10%, and have obtained equity cash financing in the past three years to meet the relevant standards in the Detailed Rules for the Management of Points Settlement Operation in Beijing, can get extra points, with a maximum of 6 points.
The above-mentioned innovation and entrepreneurship indicators do not accumulate points, and only the highest points are counted if they meet a number of points.
(six) tax indicators and scores
If the applicant has paid taxes continuously for the past three years and obtained comprehensive income (including income from wages and salaries, labor remuneration and royalties) and personal income tax from business income of more than 654.38 million yuan every 654.38+0 years, 2 points will be added, with a maximum of 6 points.
If the applicant has a record of tax-related violations in recent 5 years, each record will be reduced by 12.
(seven) age index and score
If the applicant is under 45 years old, add 20 points; For those over 45 years old, 4 points will be deducted for each additional year (including those under one year old).

If the applicant wins one of the following honors, add 20 points: being selected as a model worker at or above the provincial or ministerial level; National moral model or capital moral model; Be a hero model of the whole country or a good citizen of the capital. Where there are other provisions on commendation by the state, such provisions shall prevail. The above points do not add up.
(9) compliance record indicators and scores
If the applicant has been punished by administrative detention by the public security organ for violating the relevant laws and regulations of this Municipality in the past five years, each administrative detention record will be reduced by 30 points.
At the same time, applicants who want to settle in Beijing points must meet four conditions at the same time:
(1) Holding the residence permit of this city: it should be the Beijing Residence Permit issued by the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau, and it should be applied before 65438+February 3 1 of the previous year when the application for settlement of points was started.
(2) Not exceeding the statutory retirement age: as of last year, 65438+February 3 1, the average age of men should be under 60 years old, female employees should be under 50 years old, and female cadres (managers) should be under 55 years old, and the employer will normally pay social insurance premiums for them continuously. In case of adjustment of national retirement policy, the new policy shall prevail.

(4) No criminal record: the legal document in force by the people's court or the certificate issued by the local public security organ shall prevail.
