Changing lawyers can be divided into civil agency, criminal agency and administrative agency. To change civil and administrative cases, only a written application is required to the court, and the client cancels the official letter and power of attorney submitted by the lawyer to the court. There are two alternatives to criminal cases: those entrusted by themselves or relatives should refer to civil cases. If they are appointed by the court, the defendant needs to explain the reasons for the replacement. If enough, the court will arrange new appointments.
The Letter of Termination of Entrustment states that the client hereby revokes the power of attorney for XX lawyer of XXX law firm in the first or second trial of this case due to XX case (case number).
