Vision: The naked vision of the ground crew's right eye and left eye is not less than 4.9 and 4.8 respectively. The following physical conditions do not meet the requirements for enlistment:
Finger deformities, toe deformity or toe deformity affecting function, flat feet with completely disappeared plantar arch, corns and calluses affecting long-distance walking, severe chapped syndrome, unqualified; Malignant tumor, benign tumor, cyst, scar and scar constitution in all parts of the face or function are unqualified; Wearing shorts, with "dots, characters and patterns" tattooed on the exposed part of the body, with a diameter exceeding 2cm (other parts with a diameter exceeding 3cm) or leaving obvious tattoo scars after surgical treatment, which affects the military appearance, is unqualified; Hypertension, organic heart disease, vascular disease, unqualified; Chronic respiratory diseases such as chronic bronchitis, bronchiectasis, bronchial asthma, tuberculosis, pulmonary bullae and tuberculous pleurisy are unqualified; Severe chronic gastrointestinal diseases, diseases of liver, gallbladder, spleen and pancreas, bacillary dysentery, visceral prolapse, abdominal mass, unqualified.
Basic political conditions for enlistment
The General Staff Department and the General Political Department promulgated the Provisions on Political Review of Conscription on October 9, 2004: Citizens who should conquer active service must love the Communist Party of China (CPC), the socialist motherland and the people's army, abide by the law, have good moral character, and be determined to fight bravely to resist aggression, defend the motherland and defend the people's peaceful labor. Citizens under any of the following circumstances shall not be enlisted for active service:
(1) Spreading politically incorrect remarks, writing, editing, publishing and publishing articles and works with political errors;
(2) Having been subjected to criminal punishment, reeducation through labor, asylum education or administrative detention;
Those who were over 14 and under 16 at the time of committing the crime are not subject to criminal punishment according to law, or those who committed serious illegal acts before 18 are not serious enough for criminal punishment.
(3) Being under investigation for being suspected of violating discipline and law, or being investigated, prosecuted or tried;
(4) Being expelled from public office, ordered to resign, expelled from school, expelled from the Party, kept on probation, or expelled from the Party for serious mistakes;
(5) Tattoos showing signs of criminal gangs of underworld nature, which are detrimental to the national image and social morality;
(6) Having close ties with people with complex political backgrounds at home and abroad and being politically suspicious;
(seven) participated in cult organizations or activities, participated in harmful martial arts organizations or actively participated in activities; Major family members, immediate family members, major social relations members or other relatives who have great influence on themselves are backbone members of cults or harmful martial arts organizations;
(eight) I or major family members, immediate family members to participate in ethnic separatism, violence, terror, religious extremism and other illegal organizations, criminal gangs or activities with the nature of the underworld;
The main members of social relations or other relatives who have great influence on themselves are the backbone of the above-mentioned illegal organizations;
(9) The main family members, lineal relatives, members with major social relations or other relatives who have a great influence on me have been subjected to criminal punishment, expelled from the Party, expelled from public office or have serious illegal problems that have not yet been ascertained, and I have sheltered or retaliated;
(ten) the main family members have criminal acts that endanger national security or serious political problems, and I can't draw a clear line;
(eleven) other circumstances that do not meet the political conditions for enlistment for active service.
College graduates enjoy preferential policies for enlistment.
College graduates who are enlisted for compulsory military service enjoy the following preferential policies in addition to preferential registration, physical examination and approval.
(a) preferred. Under the same conditions, priority should be given to selecting non-commissioned officers, taking military examinations and assigning technical posts. College soldiers with bachelor degree or above and corresponding degrees in ordinary colleges and universities can be directly selected as officers if they perform well and meet the relevant provisions of the General Political Department.
Specific procedures for young people of school age to enlist in the army
(1) to participate in military service registration. Citizens who register for the first time shall obtain military service certificates from the military service organs after registration, and citizens who have registered in previous years shall participate in the verification organized by the military service organs with their military service certificates.
(2) Participate in the conscription physical examination. After taking part in military service registration, citizens who have been identified as pre-enlisted by the military service organs shall, after receiving the medical examination notice, take their ID cards, high school diplomas, military service certificates, household registration books and recent one-inch bareheaded photos to the county conscription medical examination station for medical examination within the specified time.
(3) accept political censorship. Those who pass the medical examination shall be subject to political review by the military service organs. Citizens eligible for enlistment shall truthfully provide relevant information about themselves and their main family members.
(4) go through the formalities of enlistment. Citizens eligible for enlistment who have been approved to enlist in the army shall go through the enlistment formalities by the military service organs at the county level and issue a Notice of Citizens Eligible for enlistment. Citizens eligible for enlistment shall, after receiving the notice of enlistment, cancel their accounts, join the Party (League) and get clothes. In the meantime, pay great attention to safety, pay attention to food hygiene, stay away from your place of residence, and be ready to report to the designated place on time. Within one month after the recruits arrive in the army, their families will go to the Civil Affairs Bureau of the county (city) where they are located, and receive the "Preferential Resettlement Certificate" according to their agriculture and non-agricultural registered permanent residence, and enjoy the preferential policies given by the state.
(5) Quarantine review. Quarantine review refers to the physical examination and political review of recruits after they arrive in the army. Those who find that their physical and political conditions do not meet the requirements within the specified time and are not suitable for serving in the army shall be sent back to their places of origin for retirement.
