The court does not issue investigation orders to individuals. An investigation order refers to a legal document issued by the court to the attorney of the party concerned to collect the required evidence from the relevant units and individuals after the party concerned is unable to obtain the required evidence for objective reasons in civil litigation and is approved by the people's court. The people's court has the right to investigate and collect evidence from the relevant units and individuals, and the relevant units and individuals may not refuse. The people's court shall distinguish the authenticity of the documents submitted by the relevant units and individuals, and examine and determine their validity. If it is really difficult for the parties to provide evidence within the time limit for adducing evidence, they may apply to the people's court for an extension of the time limit, and the people's court shall extend the time limit appropriately according to the application of the parties. Therefore, according to the regulations, the investigation order should be sent to the attorney, and the individual can apply to the court for investigation. According to relevant regulations, if a party has the right to present new evidence and cannot participate in the investigation by himself, it shall entrust a lawyer to apply to the people's court for an investigation order, and the people's court shall participate in the investigation and obtain new evidence. Article 64 The parties have the responsibility to provide evidence of their own claims. The people's court shall investigate and collect evidence that the parties and their agents ad litem cannot collect on their own due to objective reasons, or evidence that the people's court considers necessary for hearing a case. The people's court shall comprehensively and objectively examine and verify the evidence in accordance with legal procedures.
