(two) minors under the age of eighteen at the time of hearing;
(3) Persons who may be sentenced to death.

People who are blind, deaf, dumb or have limited capacity;
(two) minors under the age of eighteen at the time of hearing;
(3) Persons who may be sentenced to death.
