How to record the evidence transcripts presented?

Recorded evidence is a legal form of evidence stipulated in China's criminal procedure law. It is used to record the investigation process and the evidence obtained by investigators during their activities such as inquest, inspection, search, seizure, identification, evidence extraction and investigation experiments.

The supervision law gives the supervisory organs investigation measures such as inspection, search, seizure, appraisal and evidence collection. According to the requirements and standards consistent with criminal trials, supervisors should make written evidence in accordance with the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Law when using these investigation measures to collect and fix evidence.
