The structure of this book is divided into the business scope of public security organs as stipulated in the People's Police Law of the People's Republic of China. Mainly divided into criminal legal documents and administrative legal documents of public security organs. Each category is divided into several subcategories (see the catalogue for details). In the specific style, according to the provisions of the Format of Criminal Legal Documents for Public Security Organs (2002 edition) of the Ministry of Public Security, according to the different stages of public security organs' participation in criminal proceedings, criminal documents are divided into filing documents, solving documents, jurisdictional documents and avoidance documents; Lawyers participate in litigation documents; Instruments of compulsory measures; Investigation and evidence collection documents; Protect and execute files. According to the provisions of "Public Security Administrative Legal Documents (Forms)" issued by the Ministry of Public Security in 2003, administrative business documents are divided into: public security management documents; Administrative reconsideration, litigation documents (including hearing), reeducation through labor documents; Fire management documents, traffic management documents, others (including entry-exit management, internal security, drug rehabilitation and other major documents) and other six parts.
This book has its own characteristics and can play its due role in practical work.
1. New Content: This book is based on the Format of Criminal Legal Documents of Public Security Organs (2002 Edition) and the Public Security Administrative Legal Documents (Model) in 2003. These two file formats are the latest regulations, which are quite different from the previous file formats. Therefore, in reality, we need a reference book that can explain and illustrate the latest documents, and this book is directly based on the latest format. The works or contents of the same kind are not as comprehensive as this book, or are relatively old, and will not meet the needs of new practical work. For example, the documents and works of public security organs in the hearing procedure are rarely mentioned. This can be said to be a major feature of this book. In addition, the writing theories and examples used in this book are all the latest, hoping to show the differences between this book and similar works.
Second, practical: There are hundreds of public security documents, but not many of them are often used by various departments, so this book only explains the important documents commonly used in the practical work of public security organs.
