Female Lawyers Working Committee is the organization of female lawyers themselves. The founding purpose is to unite and contact female lawyers across the city, safeguard their legitimate rights and interests, enhance their social status, promote their physical and mental health, give full play to the role of female lawyers in the construction of the legal system, and strive for the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way. Responsibilities: 1. Conduct research on female lawyers; 2. Organize activities to promote the physical and mental health of female lawyers; 3. Participate in safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of female lawyers.
Rights Protection and Discipline Committee
The Rights Protection and Punishment Committee of the Chengdu Lawyers Association is the authority of the Chengdu Lawyers Association to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of lawyers and punish lawyers for violations. It works under the leadership of, and is accountable to, the Executive Director and President of the Association. Its main functions include two aspects: on the one hand, safeguard the rights and interests of lawyers, give full play to the management functions of the Lawyers Association, strengthen industry self-discipline, support lawyers to practice in accordance with the law, safeguard lawyers' legitimate rights and interests, and resolve, handle and coordinate problems encountered by lawyers in the course of practice. In case of infringement, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of lawyers in accordance with the law, coordinate and resolve conflicts between lawyers during their practice, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of members; on the other hand, enforce discipline. Responsible for guiding and supervising the practice of lawyers in this city, and investigating and punishing lawyers' behavior that violates the Lawyers Law and lawyers' professional ethics and practice disciplines in their practice.
