Ji Xiangde, Han nationality, born in Qingzhou, Shandong Province, Peking University, doctor of law, postdoctoral fellow of China Academy of Social Sciences. He used to be a policeman, a teacher, a lawyer, a prosecutor and a researcher. He used to be the director of Shandong Deyang Law Firm, the deputy procurator-general of Chongwen District People's Procuratorate in Beijing, and the assistant to the director of the Institute of Law of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He was awarded the title of Top Ten Academic Postgraduates in Peking University, National Excellent Teacher, National Excellent Criminal Defense Lawyer and National Excellent Teaching Management Award. Currently working in China Academy of Social Sciences. President and editor-in-chief of Fangzhi Publishing House, researcher of Law Institute, executive deputy director, professor, doctoral tutor and postdoctoral cooperative tutor of Law Department.
