(eleven) to put forward judicial suggestions on the problems found in the trial of the case.
(twelve) to carry out ideological and political education and organize professional training for judges and other staff of the Municipal Intermediate People's Court; To guide the ideological and political work and education and training work of grassroots people's courts; Manage judges, retirees and other staff according to their authority; Assist the municipal competent department to manage the organization of the people's courts in the city.
