Only 1924 to 1930 Huangpu Military Academy located in Huangpu District, Guangzhou is counted, but the Central Army Military Academy and more than a dozen branch schools that were restructured after moving to Nanjing are not included. After the establishment of Huangpu Military Academy, instructors (teachers) were mainly composed of foreign and domestic groups.
The first part is foreign teachers, who are stationed in Russia.
The background of the establishment of Whampoa Military Academy was put forward by Marin, an international representative of * * * *, to Dr. Sun Yat-sen, and the establishment of a military academy in Russia was not just a verbal suggestion. At the beginning of the establishment of the military academy, more than 40 Soviet and Russian officers were sent to teach in the school, and a group of 200 instructors were sent the following year. One of the most famous is Vasily Constantinovici Bruckel, who was the general military adviser of the National Government at that time. He became a Soviet marshal under the pseudonym of Gallon, but was eventually purged and executed because he was a Japanese spy. He was then the head of the military school advisory group.

Zilebanov (also translated as Chelpanov) served as the general adviser of Whampoa Military Academy (military), and later participated in the Soviet delegation to China in the 1950s, which was warmly welcomed by former teachers and students.

In the three years before the school was founded, the Soviet Union and Russia supported schools with funds exceeding 2 million rubles, as well as weapons and military assistance worth 4 million rubles.
