1. The practicing organization which is going to receive the internship personnel shall submit the application for receiving the internship personnel's qualification to the Guangzhou Lawyers Association.

3. The Guangzhou Lawyer Association will examine the application for registration of internship within twenty days from the date of receipt of the application, and will grant the registration of internship to those who meet the prescribed conditions, and will issue to the applicant for internship the Certificate of Internship of Personnel Applying for Lawyer's Practice.
For those who do not meet the prescribed conditions, the Association will, within ten days, notify the practicing organization in writing to supplement the relevant materials.
