Defendant (criminal suspect): State basic information such as name, gender, date of birth, nationality, native place, occupation or work unit, position and address.
Criminal facts of the defendant (criminal suspect): state the time, place, object, purpose, motive, plot, means and consequences of the crime committed by the criminal suspect. Reasons and legal basis of the accusation: specify the charges and legal basis of the criminal suspect's criminal behavior. Evidence and its source, name and address of witness: indicate the main evidence and its source, name and address of the main witness.
Legal basis: Article 526 of the Criminal Procedure Law of the People's Procuratorate. When the people's procuratorate applies to the people's court for confiscation of illegal income, it shall make an application for confiscation of illegal income. The main contents of the application for confiscation of illegal income include:
(1) Basic information about the criminal suspect and defendant, including name, gender, date of birth, birthplace, domicile, ID number, nationality, education level, occupation, work unit, position and address, etc. ;
(2) The cause of action and the source of the case;
(3) The criminal facts of the criminal suspect and defendant;
(4) The criminal suspect or defendant is at large, wanted or dead;
(5) The type, quantity, location, sealing up, seizure and freezing of the illegal gains and other property involved by the criminal suspect or defendant;
(six) the name, address, contact information and requirements of the criminal suspect, the close relatives of the defendant and other interested parties;
(seven) the reasons and legal basis for applying for confiscation of illegal income.
