Third, in ordinary criminal cases, the public security organ will report the suspect to the procuratorate for approval within 7 days after arrest; Unless it is a major criminal case, a fugitive crime, or a gang crime, the time limit for handling a case is not extended by more than 30 days, so it constitutes a 37-day time limit.
