Mo Xiaoyu (1975—), male, Han nationality, native of Xindu, Sichuan, associate professor, master tutor, member of china law society, director of Sichuan Criminal Law Society, executive director of Sichuan Juvenile Delinquency Research Association, executive director of Sichuan Science and Technology Youth Federation, and deputy director of criminal defense professional committee of Sichuan Lawyers Association. Mainly engaged in the teaching and research of criminal law and criminal policy. He has published more than 30 professional articles in Chinese core journals such as Chinese and foreign law, law, law review, social science and CSSCI journals, and many articles have been reprinted in the full text of the Criminal Law of the National People's Congress. Published the monograph "Civil Society in Criminal Policy System". Independently presided over a national social science fund project, participated in a key project of the Ministry of Education as the main researcher, and participated in the compilation of several monographs. He has taught undergraduate students, master of law and master of law courses such as general theory of criminal law, criminal credit theory and criminal policy, which have been well received by students.
