Civil defense consists of three parts: head, body and tail.

If the respondent is a legal person or other organization, it shall indicate its name and address, and the name and position of its legal representative (or principal responsible person). If the respondent entrusts a lawyer to represent the lawsuit, the name of the agent and the name of the law firm where the agent is located shall be stated after this item.

3. Reasons for reply. It is said that the defendant made a defense in the XXX case.

The characteristics of defense:

A civil complaint is filed in two situations:

First, after the plaintiff sued the people's court of first instance, the defendant filed a defense against the indictment (indictment).

Second, after the case was tried by the people's court of first instance, one party refused to accept it and appealed, and the appellee pleaded against the appeal.

After receiving the plaintiff's complaint and appeal, the people's court shall serve a copy on the defendant or the appellee within the prescribed time limit, and the defendant or the appellee shall file a reply within the statutory time limit.
