Tianmu Mountain is known as "the big tree covering Kyushu". It is located in Lin'an District, northwest of Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province. The ancient name of Fuyu Mountain, and the name "Tianmu" began in the Han Dynasty, has two peaks in the east and west, and a pool on the top, which is not dry all year round, hence the name.

There are more than 500 cryptomeria Tianmu trees that are over 500 years old, concentrated in the area from Wu Liting to Kaishan Laoguan. Cryptomeria (141), located on the upper right side of the "King of Trees", is growing vigorously and has been recognized as the new king of trees in Tianmu Mountain. Experts believe that the cryptomeria group in Tianmu Mountain is rare in the world and can be regarded as unique in China.
