Article 4 The people's court shall establish a special channel for lawyers to participate in litigation, and provide "one-code-only" service for lawyers. Lawyers can use the lawyer service platform to generate dynamic QR codes, and quickly enter the litigation service places and trial courts of the people's courts by scanning codes or other convenient ways.
The judicial administrative organs and the people's courts actively promote the application of lawyers' electronic practice certificates, and support lawyers to use the bright card function of the lawyer identity verification platform or the lawyer's electronic practice certificates to quickly enter the people's courts to handle various litigation matters.
Article 5 Lawyers who are stationed in people's courts to provide public welfare services such as litigation consultation, mediation, legal aid and appeal agency shall set up special workplaces to provide services such as scanning, printing, copying and burning. Conditional people's courts can provide parking, dining and other services.
Article 6 Relying on the No.1 function of 12368 Litigation Service Hotline, it provides lawyers with services such as inquiry, consultation and litigation affairs handling, and supports lawyers to inquire about the litigation affairs handled through the 12368 Litigation Service Hotline on the lawyer service platform.
