Lawyer bidding fee standards

Legal subjectivity:

Houses are becoming more and more important to contemporary people, so much so that they are embarrassed to get married without a new house. Therefore, buying a house is very important, and the participation of a lawyer is even more important during the transaction process. So, what is the standard of legal fees for buying a house? The fees charged by lawyers for taking over the house purchase contract vary from place to place. Lawyers in economically underdeveloped areas generally start from 500 to 1,000 yuan; in first-tier cities, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and other big cities, lawyer fees are relatively high. For example, in Beijing, some lawyers can take on a house purchase contract case for two to three thousand yuan; some lawyers can start with 10,000 yuan; in addition, the legal fees vary depending on the amount of the disputed object in the case. Currently, there are generally two charging standards for lawyers: One is to start with a certain amount, and then charge a certain fee if the property in dispute exceeds a certain amount. For example, a lawyer's fee starts at 5,000 yuan. In other words, no matter how small the amount in dispute is, or even whether there is a dispute on the same property, the starting fee is 5,000. If the property in dispute exceeds a certain amount (usually 100,000 yuan), a certain proportion of fees will be charged for the excess. Simply put, the more property there is in the home, the higher the price a lawyer is likely to charge. The second is risk agency, which pays a certain basic fee and then determines a fee amount based on the amount of property returned. This type of case is generally applicable to cases where the focus of the dispute is the division of property. The general difficulty in such cases lies in the collection of evidence or execution of the same property. For example, one party does not know the other party's stock situation or bank deposit situation, or the company's equity holdings, or the other party's property is scattered in various provinces, cities or even countries. Lawyers are required to do a lot of investigation and evidence collection. In order to encourage the enthusiasm of lawyers, when both parties reach an agreement, the parties will pay a certain amount of start-up capital (usually around 5,000 yuan), and then the lawyer will collect relevant evidence, search for the other party's property and do property preservation work, and be responsible for the case after the judgment. execution. When executing the returned property, the lawyer takes a certain percentage of remuneration, currently generally around 10-20%.
