What are the constitutive elements of the crime of insult?
1, the object of infringement is the personal dignity and reputation of others;
2. Objectively speaking, the act of publicly degrading personality and damaging the reputation of others by violence or other means is serious;
3. The subject is a general subject, and any natural person who has reached the age of criminal responsibility and has criminal responsibility ability can constitute the crime of insult.

Crime of insulting; Defamation publicly insults others by violence or other means or fabricates facts to slander others.
