(1) An applicant shall meet the following conditions:
1, has the nationality of China people and supports the constitution of China people;
2. Having good conduct and physical conditions for normal performance of duties and meeting the employment conditions of the people's police;
3. Age conditions that meet the requirements of the recruitment position;
4. Have the education level and special skills that meet the requirements of the post;
5, volunteer to engage in public security special police work, the minimum service life is not less than 5 years (including probation), and meet the special requirements of the proposed post and other qualifications stipulated by the provincial civil service department.
(2) Where registration is not allowed:
1. Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes or have been dismissed from public office;
2. Persons who are found to have cheated in the recruitment of civil servants at all levels shall not apply for civil servants;
3. Servicemen (except those who retired before the end of 20 14 and applied with the consent of their units);
4. Non-fresh graduates who are studying;
5. Civil servants with less than 2 years of service (including probation period) and staff of administrative organs (units) who refer to the management of the Civil Service Law;
6. Civil servants who have been dismissed for less than 5 years and staff members of administrative organs (units) who are managed according to the Civil Service Law;
7. Other circumstances in which the law stipulates that the employee shall not be employed as a civil servant.
Candidates are not allowed to apply for the job in avoidance relationship.
Above education, such as age, diploma and related certificates, dismissal, probation period, etc. , all ended on 2014165438+10/20, and the years are accumulated according to full years. Among the age conditions, 18 years old and under 25 years old refers to those born between1988165438+1October 20th to199665438+1October 20th; 18 years old and under 30 years old means1983165438+1October 20th to1996165438+1October 20th. Applicants who are not probationary civil servants at the time of registration, but become civil servants during the probationary period after registration and before employment, will be disqualified from examination and employment.
On-the-job civil servants who have served for less than 5 years (including probation period) and the staff of administrative organs (units) who refer to the management of the Civil Service Law can only register with the consent of their respective organs.
Active personnel of the People's Liberation Army and the Armed Police Force who will be retired at the end of 20 14 may apply with the consent of their units.
