What can't people with criminal records do?

Legal analysis: those who have received criminal punishment and cannot engage in occupation are: 1, judges; 2. People's jurors who have been criminally punished for crimes cannot serve as people's jurors; 3. Prosecutor; 4. Civil servants who have received criminal punishment for crimes shall not be employed as civil servants; 5. Lawyers who are subject to criminal punishment shall not be issued with a lawyer's practice certificate, except for negligent crimes; 6. A person who is sentenced to punishment according to law or deprived or restricted of personal freedom shall not act as a defender.

Legal basis: Article 10 of the Judges Law of People's Republic of China (PRC): (1) Having been criminally punished for committing a crime; (2) Being expelled from public office.

Article 11 of the Public Prosecutors Law of the People's Republic of China * * * The following persons shall not serve as public prosecutors:

(1) Having received criminal punishment for committing a crime;

(2) Being expelled from public office.

Article 24 of the Civil Service Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the following persons shall not be employed as civil servants:

(1) Having received criminal punishment for committing a crime;

(2) Being expelled from public office;

(three) there are other circumstances in which the law stipulates that it is not allowed to be employed as a civil servant.

Article 7 of the Lawyers Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) shall not issue a lawyer's practice certificate if the applicant is under any of the following circumstances:

(1) Having no or limited capacity for civil conduct;

(2) Having been subjected to criminal punishment, except for negligent crimes;

(3) Being expelled from public office or having his lawyer's practice certificate revoked.

Article 49 If a lawyer is subject to criminal punishment for intentional crime, the judicial administrative department of the people's government of a province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government shall revoke his lawyer's practice certificate.

Article 32 of the Criminal Procedure Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) * * * A person who has been sentenced to punishment or deprived of or restricted personal freedom according to law shall not act as a defender.

The National People's Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC)'s decision on the management of judicial expertise: Persons who have been criminally punished for intentional crimes or dereliction of duty, who have been dismissed from public office or whose registration as appraisers has been revoked shall not engage in judicial expertise.
