Three years ago, Jiangge, a 24-year-old Japanese schoolgirl, was stabbed to death by her best friend Liu Xin's ex-boyfriend Chen Shifeng in the early morning of October 3, 20 1 16. After breaking up with her ex-boyfriend Chen Shifeng, Liu Xin asked her friend Jiang Ge for help. But she knew that Chen Yizhi was following her and wanted to kill her. She didn't tell Jiangge who was going home. After Jiangge was assassinated, Liu Xin immediately entered the room and locked the door. He didn't help Jiangge, which caused her to bleed to death. A year later, a court in Beijing sentenced Chen Shifeng of Jiangge to 20 years' imprisonment for intentional injury and intimidation.

The dispute between the two sides was exposed before the trial. Liu Xin believes that everything related to Jiangge case was handled in the Japanese court on 20 17, and the Japanese court determined that Liu Xin was the victim and witness, not the current injurer. Compensation should also be based on the expenses incurred at the time of the incident, not the 2.07 million yuan proposed by Jiang Qiulian.
