article 78 if a lawyer entrusted by a client knows that the litigant is a close relative or other interested party or has a conflict of interest with the client, he should withdraw, unless the client issues a waiver.
article 79 after accepting the entrustment, if a lawyer knows that the lawyer entrusted by the other party or the party with conflict of interest is his close relative or other interested party, he shall inform the client clearly of this relationship in time. If the client raises an objection, he shall be disqualified as a lawyer.

article 81 a person who has handled legal affairs on behalf of one party in previous legal affairs may not accept the entrustment of another party with conflict of interest with the original client to handle the same legal affairs even after the agency relationship is dissolved or terminated, unless the original client gives written consent.
