What does the court’s criminal ruling mean?

Legal analysis: A criminal ruling refers to a litigation document issued by the court after the court has made a ruling on the proceedings or certain substantive issues in the criminal proceedings or the execution of the judgment. A criminal decision is a written form of a criminal decision. The ruling is an important judicial document commonly used by the People's Court. After review, the superior people's court may order the original people's court to implement within a certain period of time, or may decide to implement on its own or instruct other people's courts to implement.

Article 231: During the execution process, the person subject to execution provides a guarantee to the People's Court. With the consent of the person applying for execution, the People's Court may decide to suspend execution and the period of suspension of execution. If the person subject to execution fails to perform within the time limit, the people's court has the right to enforce the property guaranteed by the person subject to execution or the property of the guarantor.
