Education requirements: bachelor degree or above in law major in colleges and universities, or bachelor degree or above in other majors in colleges and universities, with legal professional knowledge.
That is to say, in principle, junior college students can't sign up for the national judicial examination, but this year, the Ministry of Justice stipulated that in some areas where there is a serious shortage of legal talents, the qualifications for registration for the division examination were still relaxed, allowing junior college students majoring in law to sign up in relaxed areas.
1. Persons who meet the following conditions may register for the national judicial examination:
(1) Having China nationality;
(two) support the constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC), enjoy the right to vote and be elected;
(3) Having full capacity for civil conduct;
(4) Meeting the academic qualifications and professional requirements stipulated in the Judges Law, the Public Prosecutor Law and the Lawyers Law;
(5) Good conduct.
