Article 37 of the Measures for the Implementation of the Detention Center Regulations stipulates that the donated items are limited to: daily necessities and cash, learning books and periodicals;
Article 30 of the Regulations on Detention Centers stipulates that articles given to criminals by their close relatives must be inspected by guards;
Article 35 of the Measures for the Implementation of the Detention Center Regulations stipulates that criminals shall not be met more than once a month for half an hour each time, and no more than three close relatives shall be met each time. During the meeting, there should be case handlers and guards at the scene to monitor.
