In order to give full play to the function of public legal services to protect people's livelihood and promote stability, strengthen the supply of public legal services, improve the legal aid network, and effectively provide better, convenient and efficient legal aid services for the masses, Dandong Legal Aid Center plans to set up legal aid contact points in the city's law firms and grassroots legal services. By giving full play to the resource advantages of law firms and grass-roots legal service institutions, we will guide and encourage more outstanding lawyers and legal workers to participate in legal aid and go to the service window to bring convenience and benefits to the masses.
First, the recruitment principle
In accordance with the principles of openness, fairness, justice, orderly competition and selection on the basis of merit, the legal aid contact points shall be recruited and established.
Second, the recruitment target
Law firms and grassroots legal service offices within the city.
Third, the registration conditions
(1) Law firms and grassroots legal service offices that abide by the Constitution and laws and pass the annual inspection;
(two) the law firm and the grassroots legal service office have not received any complaints in the past three years;
(three) all five or more registered lawyers or legal workers in law firms and grassroots legal services;
(four) enthusiastic about public welfare undertakings, love their posts and dedication, and are interested in participating in legal aid work;
(five) from 2020 1 October 1 day to September 30, 20261day, handled more than 20 aid cases assigned by Dandong Legal Aid Center;
(6) The firm has more than 5 legal aid volunteers;
(seven) law firms and grassroots legal services with outstanding performance, high social credibility and satisfaction of the masses are given priority;
(eight) law firms and grassroots legal services that have participated in government projects are preferred;
(nine) law firms with legal aid volunteers and grassroots legal services are preferred.
(10) Legal aid contact point qualification is granted once a year (10/to February 1).
