If someone falsely accuses you, you can call the police. If you are falsely accused, you can report it to the person who reported the case, report the case to the public security organ, and demand that the person who made the false accusation be held criminally responsible. You can also file a lawsuit directly with the People's Court. The law stipulates that those who fabricate facts and frame others with the intention of subjecting others to criminal prosecution will be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention or public surveillance if the circumstances are serious. Article 243 of the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China stipulates that whoever fabricates facts to frame others with the intention of subjecting others to criminal prosecution shall, if the circumstances are serious, be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention or surveillance; if serious consequences are caused, he shall be sentenced to three years. Fixed-term imprisonment of not less than ten years but not more than ten years. Any staff member of a state agency who commits the crime in the preceding paragraph shall be severely punished. If there is no intention to make false accusations and frame ups, but it is false accusations and frame-ups or false accusations, the provisions of the first two paragraphs shall not apply.

Whoever makes a false accusation or frame up others with the intention of subjecting others to criminal prosecution. If the circumstances are serious, he shall be sentenced to three years in prison. The following shall be fixed-term imprisonment, criminal detention or surveillance; if the consequences are serious, the offender shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than ten years. Any staff member of a state agency who commits the crime in the preceding paragraph shall be severely punished. The provisions of the preceding two paragraphs shall not apply to cases where the person makes false accusations and frame-ups instead of intentionally making false accusations and frame-ups, or reports and exposes falsehoods.
