1. Those who meet the following conditions can register for the National Judicial Examination:
(1) Have Chinese nationality;

(3) Have full capacity for civil conduct;
(4) Have a bachelor's degree or above in law from a university, or other qualifications from a university Bachelor degree or above in a major and legal expertise;
(5) Good conduct.
According to the "Opinions of the Ministry of Justice on Determining the Places to Relax the Registration Qualifications for the National Judicial Examination" (Si Daifa [2002] No. 2), the autonomous counties (banners) under the jurisdiction of each province, autonomous region, and municipality directly under the Central Government, and the autonomous counties (banners) under the jurisdiction of each autonomous region Counties (banners), counties under the jurisdiction of various autonomous prefectures; key counties for national poverty alleviation and development work approved by the State Council; cities, regions, counties, county-level cities, and municipal districts under the jurisdiction of the Tibet Autonomous Region can relax the application academic qualifications to a college degree in law.
According to Article 68 of the "Higher Education Law of the People's Republic of China", the aforementioned institutions of higher learning refer to universities, independent colleges and junior colleges, including higher vocational schools and adult colleges and universities.
Undergraduate graduates from ordinary colleges and universities in the next year can register to participate in the national judicial examination that year.
2. Those who have any of the following circumstances cannot register to take the exam. If the registration procedures have been completed, the registration will be invalid:
(1) Those who have received criminal punishment for intentional crimes;
(2) Being dismissed from public office by a state agency;
(3) The lawyer's practicing license has been revoked.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 18 of the "Measures for the Implementation of the National Judicial Examination (Trial)", the person shall be sentenced to 2 years in prison and shall not be allowed to register for the National Judicial Examination, and the time limit has not expired; or the person shall be sentenced to life imprisonment and shall not be allowed to register for the National Judicial Examination. take an exam.
Persons who have passed the National Judicial Examination and obtained Class A legal professional qualification certificates, and persons who have obtained Class B legal professional qualification certificates but have not obtained a bachelor's degree or above from a college or university, are not allowed to register for the National Judicial Examination again.
