Registration conditions:

According to Article 68 of the "Higher Education Law of the People's Republic of China", the aforementioned institutions of higher learning refer to universities, independent colleges and junior colleges, including higher vocational schools and adult colleges and universities.

Undergraduate graduates from ordinary colleges and universities in the next year can register to participate in the national judicial examination that year.

2. Those who have any of the following circumstances cannot register to take the exam. If the registration procedures have been completed, the registration will be invalid:

(1) Those who have received criminal punishment for intentional crimes;

(2) Being dismissed from public office by a state agency;

(3) The lawyer's practicing license has been revoked.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 18 of the "Measures for the Implementation of the National Judicial Examination (Trial)", the person shall be sentenced to 2 years in prison and shall not be allowed to register for the National Judicial Examination, and the time limit has not expired; or the person shall be sentenced to life imprisonment and shall not be allowed to register for the National Judicial Examination. take an exam.

Persons who have passed the National Judicial Examination and obtained Class A legal professional qualification certificates, and persons who have obtained Class B legal professional qualification certificates but have not obtained a bachelor's degree or above from a college or university, are not allowed to register for the National Judicial Examination again.
