Legal analysis: people who have been in prison can't find the following jobs:

Judges, people's jurors, prosecutors, civil servants, lawyers, defenders, judicial appraisers, notaries, police officers, diplomats, members of village committees, auctioneers, company directors, supervisors, senior managers, directors, supervisors, senior managers of wholly state-owned enterprises, wholly state-owned companies, state-owned capital holding companies, directors, senior managers of commercial banks, senior managers, securities practitioners, specific employees of insurance industry, etc.

Legal basis: Article 13 of the Judges Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the following persons may not serve as judges:

(1) Having received criminal punishment for committing a crime;

(2) Being expelled from public office;

(3) Lawyers and notaries have their practice certificates revoked or their names removed by the Arbitration Commission;

(4) Other circumstances prescribed by law.

Article 7 of the Jury Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) shall not serve as a people's juror under any of the following circumstances:

(1) Having received criminal punishment;

(2) Being expelled from public office;

(3) The practicing certificates of lawyers and notaries have been revoked;

(4) Being included in the list of untrustworthy persons;

(5) Being removed from the post of people's juror due to punishment;

(six) other serious violations of law that may affect the credibility of the judiciary.

Article 13 of the Public Prosecutors Law of the People's Republic of China * * * The following persons shall not serve as public prosecutors:

(1) Having received criminal punishment for committing a crime;

(2) Being expelled from public office;

(3) Lawyers and notaries have their practice certificates revoked or their names removed by the Arbitration Commission;

(4) Other circumstances prescribed by law.
