Legal analysis: 1. The first part of the volume is the main volume and the litigation documents volume (including litigation documents and technical appraisal materials). In cases involving a single criminal suspect, the litigation documents and technical appraisal materials shall be combined into a file; in cases involving the same crime, if the litigation documents and materials exceed 200 pages, the comprehensive materials and materials belonging to the criminal suspect’s personal responsibility may be packed into separate files, and the technical appraisal materials shall be filed separately. Identification materials are packaged separately.

2. The second part of the main volume, the evidence volume. If a case involves multiple crimes and exceeds 200 pages, it will be divided into volumes according to the crimes involved.

Legal basis: "Measures for the Filing of Litigation Documents of the People's Courts" Article 2 The Litigation Documents of the People's Court shall be classified separately according to criminal, civil and economic classifications and in accordance with the principles of year, trial level and one case per file. From the time a case is accepted, it will be kept in the archives after the case is closed, and all legal documents (judgments, rulings, mediation letters, approvals, etc.), official documents, and correspondence will be arranged with the trial number.
