When is the right time to hire a lawyer for rape cases?

It's best to ask a lawyer after the client is detained. At this stage, lawyers can understand the case by meeting the parties, provide legal advice and suggestions for the criminal suspects and their families, ease the fear of the criminal suspects, and let them know how to treat the interrogation of the investigation organ correctly. After the lawyer's intervention, it will have a corresponding supervisory role on the case-handling organs, which can prevent the occurrence of illegal evidence collection such as extorting confessions by torture to the maximum extent and urge the investigation organs to handle cases correctly according to law. When lawyers intervene, they can put forward suggestions and opinions to the investigation organ according to the facts and legal provisions when necessary, which can help the criminal suspect get bail in time and correctly.
