3. Introduction conditions
(1) Applicants must meet the following basic conditions:
1. Have the nationality and country of the People’s Republic of China;
2. Abide by the Constitution of the People's Republic of China and the national constitution and laws;
3. Have good conduct and professional ethics;
4. Have the professional or technical abilities required by the job conditions;
5. Have good professional ethics. Master's degree candidates must be under 30 years old (born after March 1, 1993), and doctoral candidates must be under 35 years old (born after March 1, 1988).

(2) Registration Procedure
1. Registration method: Adopt on-site registration method, bring the registration materials to the registration point within the specified time to register. Each person is limited to one position. Overdue registration will not be accepted. Make up again.

If you are unable to register on site due to special circumstances, you can entrust others to register.

Qualification review runs through the entire recruitment process. If the information filled in by the applicant is untrue, incomplete or incorrect, the applicant shall bear the responsibility; if the applicant is found not to meet the registration conditions or has committed fraud at any stage, he will be disqualified.
(4) Interview
1. There is no minimum entrance examination ratio for introduced talent positions, and introduced personnel directly participate in interviews.
For positions where there is no effective competition in the interview, the interview score of the applicants shall not be lower than the minimum interview score of the candidates who were shortlisted for the physical examination of the position where there is effective competition (same session, same interview examiner group, same set of interview questions) score.
2. Those who meet the interview requirements shall participate in the interview with their official and valid ID cards as required by the notice.
3. Interview method: structured interview.
Interview scores are calculated on a percentage basis and rounded to two decimal places.
4. The specific time and location of the interview will be notified on the relevant platform.
(5) Physical examination
1. After the interview, the recruiting unit, together with the competent department, will determine the physical examination objects in equal numbers from high scores to low scores according to the recruitment plan and organize the implementation. Physical examination.
The physical examination hospital should issue specific examination conclusions.
If the recruiting unit or the candidate has any doubts about the conclusion of the physical examination, they can apply for re-examination. The re-examination will only be conducted once, and the re-examination conclusion shall prevail.
Physical examination items and standards shall be implemented with reference to the "General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)".
2. Those who do not participate in the physical examination at the specified time and place will be deemed to have given up automatically. Those who commit fraud or deliberately conceal the true situation during the physical examination will be disqualified from the physical examination.
3. Vacancies caused by candidates voluntarily giving up the physical examination or failing the physical examination will be filled in order from high to low interview scores for the same position, and the number of fill-ins shall not exceed 2 times.
4. The specific time and location of the physical examination will be notified separately, and the cost of the physical examination will be borne by the individual.
(6) Inspection (including final qualification review)

(7) Publicity
The candidates who have passed the examination will be publicized for 7 working days.
During the publicity period, if any problems affecting the introduction are found and verified, the qualification for introduction will be cancelled, and no replacement will be made.
(8) Recruitment
For the personnel to be introduced who have no objections after being announced, the employing unit, the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and the District Party Committee Organization Department will handle the employment procedures in accordance with regulations.
A probation period system is implemented for new staff in public institutions. For staff hired for the first time, the probation period is 12 months; for those with work experience, the probation period is 6 months.
Those who pass the assessment at the end of the probationary period will be formally employed, and those who fail the assessment will be disqualified from employment.
The minimum service period for introduced talents in the district is five years.

"One-stop" services will be implemented for matters related to the introduction of talents. Businesses such as personnel transfer, household registration, and social insurance will be handled by the employer within the specified time. .
6. Other matters
1. Each applicant is limited to one position. For the same position, the person to be introduced will select the service unit based on the principle of interview scores from high to low.
2. No one applies for the position.
After the registration is completed, if no one applies for the position, with the approval of the district talent work leading group, the position will be transferred to a position with a small number of applicants and announced to the public.
3. If the talents to be introduced cannot submit their personal files within the specified time or fail to report to the unit on time, they will be deemed to have given up automatically.
4. Relevant matters during the talent introduction process will be announced on the Ziyang District People’s Government website, and applicants are requested to pay attention in a timely manner.
